Jeff Mengel specializes in working with clients in the plastics and rubber industry, including injection molders, mold builders and related services.  He has    30 years experience in operational and strategic planning, inventory control, scheduling, forecasting and costing, as well as tax planning and  financial statement preparation. Jeff has authored numerous articles and spoken on multiple occasions on effective strategies for molders and moldmakers. Annually, he leads the Plante & Moran Plastics Industry Team’s North American Survey of the Plastics Industry – a benchmarking survey, and statistical analysis of the plastics industry.
